1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on rich09, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur.

3.2 Account Credentials

rich09 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rich09 supports deposits and withdrawals through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency wallets for eligible VIP members. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are generally processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. rich09 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.3 Withdrawal Policies

• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours, subject to verification and security checks.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱300).

• Same Method Requirement: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

10. Termination and Account Closure

rich09 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, multiple accounts, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Company or other users.

10.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Failure to withdraw funds within ninety (90) days of account closure may result in forfeiture of remaining balance.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses granted under these Terms and Conditions shall immediately terminate. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

rich09 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
